Our Returns Policy
- To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
- Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
- Be returned with original tags and packaging
If you are not happy with your purchase please fill in the return slip, which you will find with your order and return the item(s) back to us. Please specify whether you want an exchange/refund. We will process your return/exchange as quickly as possible but the process may take up to three working days.
We will issue a refund if an item is faulty as well as the postage charge. Please note you will also need you to email a photo of the postage receipt to Orders@grandeurclo.com with you order number so we can see the charge. We will exchange the item(S) for a different size/colour if the stock is available.
All items purchased in the sale department are ineligible for a refund and may be exchanged only (this includes discount codes).

It is your responsibility for the item(s) to be returned back to us. We advise you to send your item(s) tracked and signed for your own safety and piece of mind. If the item is faulty we will refund you the delivery cost (please see above), however if you are not satisifed with the item(s) the cost of returning the item(s) is your responsibility. The parcel can take up to seven working days to reach our warehouse unless it is sent by special delivery.
If the item you receive is faulty, please email email@example.com care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for your return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us at standard delivery cost.
In the unlikely event that you do receive a faulty item, you should contact us in writing within 30 days of the date of delivery. We will then advise how to return the item and order the choice of a replacement or a full refund. Tags must be attached to the garment, and the garment must not have been worn in a way not designed for by the fitting. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
